Our Sponsorship Opportunities Include:

• PLATINUM SPONSOR – Have your business or corporation’s logo included in our advertising campaign and promotions. Advertise free of charge in the official event program, and have your logo included on an official sponsors page. Hang your banner or signage in the rodeo arena during all three days of the event. Be featured as a PLATINUM Sponsor for 12 months on our web site. Receive promotional items, event tickets, booth space, and more. Your cost; ONLY $2,500,

• GOLD SPONSOR – Advertise free of charge in the official event program, and have your logo included on an official sponsors page. Hang your banner or signage in the area you are sponsoring; or another strategic area during all three days of the event. Be featured as a Gold Sponsor for 12 months on our popular web site. Receive promotional items, event tickets, booth space, and more. Your cost; ONLY $1,500,

• SILVER SPONSOR – Advertise free of charge in the commemorative event program, and have your logo included on an official sponsors page. Hang your banner or signage in the area you are sponsoring; or another strategic area during all three days of the event. Be featured as a SILVER Sponsor for 12 months on our popular web site. Receive promotional items, 6 weekend passes to the event. Your cost; ONLY $1,000.

• BRONZE SPONSOR – Have your logo included on our sponsors page, in the event program. Hang your banner or signage in a strategic area during all three days of the event. Be featured as a BRONZE Sponsor for 12 months on our popular web site. Receive 6 weekend passes to the event. Your cost; ONLY $500.

• SPECIAL EVENTS – We always welcome sponsors who request their funds go towards a special event at the fair. We welcome your input on the special events you would like to support. We also offer the following special events that require sponsors: $2,500 sponsorship for our Heavy Horse Pull and Competitions; $2,500 sponsorship for our pony chariot and chuckwagon races; and $1,000 to sponsorships for each BCRA Rodeo Event
(example: bull riding, saddle bronc, etc.)

SPECIAL PROJECTS – This year we hope to raise enough funding to construct a permanent roof over our 25 outdoor light horse stalls, and would welcome a sponsor willing to assist with the cost of materials for this project. We will place a permanent sign on the structure with the name of the donor. We are also looking for a sponsor willing to commit $2,500 to the creation of an outdoor kiosk that will tell the history of the north Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo Association; again a plaque with the donors name will be placed on the kiosk.
